These Terms & Conditions outline the membership rules, studio policies, and usage expectations for Level 02.

1. Membership & Payments
- All memberships and Pay-As-You-Go sessions must be paid for in advance.
- Memberships are valid for 3 months from the activation date.
- Membership fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
2. Slot Bookings
- Each booking is for a 90-minute slot.
- Maximum 3 members per slot.
- Slots must be booked through the official Level 02 app.
- Slot availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation and rescheduling can be done based on availability.
- Pay as you go members can cancel their session not less than 24 hours from the scheduled time and date.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited.
- No refunds will be issued for missed sessions for pay as you go members.
4. Trainers
- Members may bring their own personal trainers at no extra charge.
- Trainers must adhere to Level 02 rules and code of conduct.
- Level 02 reserves the right to deny access to any trainer who violates studio policies.
5. Conduct & Usage
- Members must use equipment responsibly.
- Re-racking weights and maintaining hygiene is mandatory.
- Any damage to equipment due to misuse will be chargeable.
- Abusive, unsafe, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
6. Health & Safety
- Members train at their own risk.
- Level 02 is not liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues arising during workouts.
- Members are advised to consult a medical professional before starting any fitness routine.
7. Membership Termination
- Level 02 reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of terms without refund.
- Repeated misuse of bookings or misconduct may lead to permanent blacklisting.
8. Changes to Terms
- Level 02 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Continued use of the studio implies acceptance of updated terms.
